About the show
For our younger audiences, we are delighted to bring you the adventures of another great hero of English folklore, with Lane Riosley’s The Tales of King Arthur. You may have heard the story of the boy who became king by pulling the legendary sword from the stone, but never before has this famous legend been so much fun! Join Arthur, Guenevere, Merlin, and all the Knights of the Round Table on their quest to bring glory to the great kingdom of Camelot. Watch in delight as Arthur and his knights try not to trip over their swords as they battle ogres, dragons, and each other! Their hilarious antics will have families of all ages rolling in the aisles. Brilliantly adapted by Riosley in the performance style of Commedia dell’arte, each story is packed with silliness, slapstick, and a song or two! We hope you’ll join us this summer for a fun-filled afternoon of tomfoolery.
